Bowflex - Bad experience
I purchased Two pieces of equipment along with 5 year warranties for each. I started to experience problems with the HVT piece of equipment two years after I purchased. I finally called for service on it because the extended warranty was about to expire on 2/28/24. They won't honor my warranty they said they have a different date in their system. Do not do business with Bowflex. Their equipment is not worth it.

Constantly Breaking

Bought an expensive elliptical machine from them that broke 3 times in under two years. They would not replace the machine itself and made it clear that this was my problem despite having the extended warranty. Customer service is a joke. They wouldn't even schedule a technician to install the replacement parts that is somehow on me. Don't buy.

1090 dumbbell issue/recall

Hello. My 1090dumbells are failing. I saw that there was a recall but cant get anyone to call back for a replacement set. They finally reached out via email and said I needed to call in. Tried 3 times. Each time in hold for 30 min then disconnected. Total *** I have pics, videos, serial numbers etc. they should be able to handle via email. Next stop legal advice

I purchased a stationary bike in March 2023.The resistance has completely stopped working.I called bowflex and spoke with a lady.She talked me through troubleshooting but basically instructed me to refer to user manual and fix it myself.It’s under warranty and there’s a risk of electrical shock to me in the process.

I bought a used extreme 2. Its an older model before the Se came out. So what I am experiencing is the floating pulleys rub and catch on the cable closest to them on the back of the machine. Is this a common problem? Is there a fix? I reviewed cable routing in the manual and it appears to be correct.

I purchased a new bow flex max trainer a year and a half ago, it had problems within the first six months of ownership. I had to replace an entire consul and six months later I have to replace that same consul again. Also, I was unaware that, without the Journey subscription, your consul will not allow you to access your streaming services, that you already pay for. This was a bit of clever deception, so I have to renew my journey subscription every year in order to work out while watching services I already paid for.

A part fell out of my Blaze Bowflex machine. I sent them emails twice, with photo of part attached. Twice they email me they ONLY deal with parts on the phone. I cant show them part in question, when Talking on the phone. I have difficulty using phone and prefer emails.

Hi I'm contacting you on behalf of my Max trainer M6. Yesterday after a workout when my machine reset to a lower resistance I noticed a knocking sound. After doing a Google search I found that it is the servo motor making that sound. I also found it happens when the machines resistance is on 5 or lower. I have a video of it too. Thank you. Amanda

Treadmill 10

I ordered a treadmill 10 on 12/21/2021. I didnt receive it until 01/11/22.

My husband put it together and I tried to use it the first day. The treadmill will not work. Called customer service and sat on hold for 1.5 hours to get a rep try and diagnose the issue over the phone. She ordered parts and had a technician come out and install.

Guess what, the parts she ordered arent whats broke. Technician says he need to go back to Nautilus snd have them order the parts, they will mail them snd then they will come back and install them. I wait a week and by this time its February and my treadmill is still not working. I called customer service (waited on hold over an hour again) to tell them I want to return it.

They gave me an RA number for the return and said someone will contact me. February 14th two guys show up in a Jeep vehicle, take my treadmill apart load it up and leave with it. The guy said that nautilus will send him boxes snd he ships it back to them, they evaluate it and then give me a refund based on the evaluation. Fast forward to today 3/12/2022, nautilus has my treadmill but I have yet to get a refund.

Ive called twice and have been given another RA number for my refund and a promise from both Bowflex reps that they have escalated this to their supervisor and someone will get back to me.

My last phone call was on 3/9/22 and guess what, Ive still not heard from anybody. I have all of my SA #s and RA #s but no money.

Bought an M8 Max Trainer in May 2020, and the drive pulley already broke in Feb 2022. The rod has shorn right off. In attempting to call customer service on how to proceed, I can't even get through. Attempt 1, called in to customer service, on hold for more than an hour, got "connected", but cannot hear the tech so it's basically wasted call. Attempt 2, on hold for over 30 min and call fails for whatever reason. Attempt 3, on hold for 45min again and had to hangup due to other meetings. Attempt 4, on hold for over 30 min and again the call fails. In attempting to email support, it just says "for technical support, we recommend calling" but you CAN'T get through. And the email had no case number to track either. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
